Trentino is the ideal place for air sports: paragliding, hang-gliding, parachuting, base jumping and glider flight. Lake Garda itself offers at least a dozen sites appropriate for these sports. Many manufacturers of paragliders come to Garda Lake to test new equipment.
Many schools offer courses giving you the chance to admire Lake Garda from a very special vantage point. For those who have never practiced, instructors will usually do a briefing to give you some basic information. This area also boasts numerous exciting acrobatic events.
Beginners train near la Baita Pizzeria in Bordala. More seasoned paragliders take off in Somator, and land in Mori.
